Wholesale Return + Turnaround Policy
Thank you for choosing RoadRunner Hill Clothing Co for your wholesale t-shirt needs!
Because most of our wholesale t-shirts are made to order specifically for your business, we ask that all orders are reviewed carefully before submission.
Minimum Order Requirements
* EACH DESIGN REQUIRES YOU TO ORDER A MINIMUM OF 6 PER DESIGN. *
This helps us maintain quality production standards and systems.
Minimum Retail Price
* STORES MUST PRICE CHILDREN’S SHIRTS FOR $23.95 OR HIGHER AND ADULT SHIRTS FOR $27.95 OR HIGHER. Failure to do so could result in not being able to carry our line of clothing.
Lower pricing diminishes the brand value. Let’s all agree to price according to the value that we bring.
Production Turnaround Time
* Our current turnaround time is up to 15 business days for production and shipment. *
This timeline begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We strive to exceed your expectations on turnaround time whenever possible.
Please note that larger orders, holiday seasons, or high-volume periods may occasionally require additional processing time. If any delays occur, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
Made-to-Order Items
* The majority of our wholesale t-shirts are made to order. Because of this, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once your order has been placed.
Please double check sizes, quantities, colors, designs, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
Ready-to-Ship Items
We may occasionally offer a limited number of ready-to-ship best sellers. These items are also considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has left our facility.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
We ship via the United States Postal Service.
Color & Print Variations
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings, garment dye lots, and printing differences. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
